I use open end - box end - and combo wrenches alot. I have a sets of wrenches scattered everywhere. Next would be sockets in 3/8" drive and 1/4" drive. I use flex handles to break everything loose and stubby rachets to finish the job.

My advice would be to buy Craftsman. I believe Craftsman gives you the best bang for your bucks. One thing to be aware of though is that many of their sets skip sizes. Especially the sets that go on sale. If you want complete sets that cover every size you have to shop carefully. If you buy...
