    2022 Home Depot's deals/sales/clearance thread

Pretty good buy in the current market. I'd pull the trigger on this for a spare or a gift.

    Milwaukee Power Tools Deal Permathread

That's good to know. I'm going to hold out until this summer and when Team Red lets me down for the third year in a row I'll drop $$$$ on whatever I like best at the time. Enough talk of Milwaukee's lack of track - back to the deals!

I'm on the fence between buying or building a circular saw fence

I’ve been waiting for two years for Milwaukee to release a track saw. I should just buy a guide and an M18 saw, but I keep thinking this will be the year they release it!

    2022 Lowe's deals/sales/clearance thread

It's basically portable expanding workstation legs. They are AWESOME! If you use sawhorses to set up a table in your garage or on a jobsite, they are very handy!

Exotic Vise & Bench!!! (You can't afford it (probably))

Those legs are nice looking... I think I'd be super interested in old tool works cast iron legs on a big bench in the shop!

    Diehard Hand Tools?

Yo, I don't know why you edited your post... I read it last night and it made me rethink and edit my post. You made some good points man. I still don't like going from the GW/TEQ/Taiwan hand tools to this new DieHard/China tools at the same prices. If they adjust, then maybe it's something...

    Diehard Hand Tools?

Maybe not, because I do shop around a lot. These new made in China tools are priced too high to be cheap tools and they seem to be too cheap to be priced where they are. The older TEQ product was pretty well slotted, I don't care for the hand or power tools for the most part. The $20 heat gun...

    Diehard Hand Tools?

-edited after some more thoughts- I am going to go the opposite way on these… If I am going to buy some cheap wrenches, I’m not paying these prices. The wrench looks fat on the open end and it is not very deep. The perspective in the photos above is a little tough to tell the difference, but...

Looking for the thread where the guy built-in his US general toolboxes to a custom square metal tube base

A Steevo bench could even be better now a days with deeper USG boxes…

Auer Packaging - Sortimo alternative for small parts storage?

If the Dewalt Deep Pro or the Milwaukee (Packout or parts bins) had smaller bins available, I would already be done with this exercise... For $10 on sale, that one is hard to beat for larger screws and such. I would gladly pay $30-40 for a more durable container than the HF, but everyone seems...

Auer Packaging - Sortimo alternative for small parts storage?

Well I got my response back from Auer, which was basically **** a frankfurter... so I guess I am not going that way :D Lots of concepts in this thread and many others on GJ, so I'll wait until I get a few more containers to evaluate and see what shines. Thanks for the ideas, guys.

Auer Packaging - Sortimo alternative for small parts storage?

I wanted to reply to this post on its own, as this has been something else that I have been seriously considering... how much "value" will I get with a stack of $30-40 bin boxes for parts? I have seen many installs with the Harbor Freight parts sorting boxes, and they look great. After 7-8...
