Thanks.. By going with epoxy do you mean everywhere or just surface coating the wall cement? I'm not sure I'm up for days of work grinding and cleaning my garage, and have a fridge and some other items what would be tricky to re located for longer than a day which is why i'm leaning toward...

If you want a camera in the mix, I've enjoyed my Ring Spotlight - good coverage and range, awesome camera and cloud based image store. Mostly you just catch racoons wandering around and the odd spider, but it has a motion detect based spotlight that I'm sure would deter other types of wanderers.
