There are a few threads on this. I believe that Motofloor is made by Race Deck, but they are not the same. Motofloor seams to be a much lighter weight product than Racedeck.
If it is done right, It looks great. I believe this is what is used in car dealerships. I know that when I looked into a high end epoxy, it was around $9.00 a foot and they said that if I chipped it, it could not be patched.
I have a heavy Snap-On tool box ( probably 3000 lbs on 4 5"x 1" casters) that has sat on my floor for over a year and it has held up great. As for which floor? The Big Foot is probably the least in quality ( imported China product and RaceDeck being the premium with the others falling somewhere...
It sounds to me as you have a vapor barrier issue, I would not try to paint or seal it as it will surely blister. You are a prime candidate for a suspended modular floor system
I would absolutely get a sample. I would bet that it is a China import similar to Sam's and Bigfoot. They also say you need double sided tape for install? It also looks like it is thinner.

Their pattern is interesting, my issue with that tile is the colors looked washed out to me and they seemed to be of lesser quality, but depending on what you are doing in your garage, they may be just fine
