Sorry I really do not know what much of that means. Just wanted guidance on this is what you got/this is what we suggest you do if at all possible? When I purchased the building the roof had water leaking into the middle of it which I am sure absorbed through the tile and now is drying back...

Do these numbers look normal to you? The guy I was going to have do it suggested these were higher then he had seem and it won't stick even with the barrier he would use. Would yours be just fine? I am sure it will come down some too as there will be another several weeks before we start.

Its still hot and humid inside outside of running the a/c during the day while I work on it. What are some suggestions of vapor barrier to start with? Am I in bad shape or...

Got the ceiling all closed up, about ready for some mud and paint. My motivation is quickly going downhill with this summer heat.

Sorry for the delay in updates. A few buddies helping me took vacations. I decided to step away as I am getting burnt out. This last few weeks I got back after it... Here are the updates. Got a lot more drywall done, insulation, ceiling, and started on the flooring finish. The concrete under the...

Can't wait for this part either! It'll really help the curb appeal. Custom doors and windows I have learned are a very slow process. These are heat and a/c units. I believe each one is 208-230 volts but thats only at max useage. The shop may be off, while office is on, and showroom is minimum...

My Fujitsu Mini splits arrived. 3 ton unit, with 3 splits. Heat, a/c, dehumidifiers, and air purifiers. In my opinion one of the baddest most efficient setups you can get. We had to order and upgrade the rack. Will probably build something around this. Worried someone is going to steal it...

Windows came in and I couldn't wait another second had to throw them in and see what we got. Waiting on the door to show up it will be on the right of the windows. Where the bump-out is will be taken out and a garage door will go there. People were stopping by thanking me for ridding of another...

Started framing in the new wall. There will be one window in the corner on it, built a header and framed that in. On the right will be a garage door for showroom. I had sprayfoamed the other exterior wall we built, and bat insulated all of the wall that I had foamed. Where you see 100% foam...

Pulling down the straps so I can stick some bat insulation up there easier. They are coming down quite quickly. Friends came over to tear down the other wall so we can frame it up and get it ready for the delivery of windows anyday now. Closed it back up for the day. Will frame...

I did touch n seal kit and knocked out about 40% of the roof. I think I will bat insulate over it, not sure, or if it should be left for airflow as it is. Little by little have been breaking up the tile. **** *****.

A Little BEFORE and AFTER from when we got the windows framed out. The windows should be here this week. I went with Anderson windows and got one of the biggest sizes they regularly produce that way if and when something breaks, we can simply re-order and pop in a replacement without having to...

Yes they glued every strip and made sure to have the least amount of seams. I think we took off a roof that had 20 or so seems and put it back with 3 or 4. The seams/edges were glued, stapled or nailed of sorts, and then reglued with a cap covering both seams. A tripple stitch they call it? I...

    20 x 32 Craigslist Garage Build

This is awesome, and inspiration for my ongoing build. I am building a new car lot shop, office, with minimal funds from scratch. You kind of cracked the whip and made me want to dig deeper, and be more cost effective then yet I already am. Thank you. Please check mine out and make comments as I go.

Flooring recommendations - polyurea over tile

I am wanting to do a polyurea industrial type floor over the tile in the picture. Would you recommend going over the tile or removing is better? Probably need 800 sq ft roughly to cover everything. Just sand and then lay one of the kits correct? I do not want it to be slick or would like as much...
