    Spray foam kits?

    I just put a flat roof on a 1500 sq ft building. Does anyone know if I can just spray these kits on the inside just right under the inside of the roof? Or does there need to be some sort of barrier that goes down before spraying the insulation on?

    Electric heat

    I've had one of these in a 400sq ft office for 3 years. I think it uses a lot more juice then you'd expect and becomes very expensive. I switched to propane.

    Options for covering old tiles

    Redoing an old building with a few offices and a space to park a car or two in a showroom. The showroom area has small old tiles. What options would you suggest of something to coat over the tile? Cement? Some sort of thicker garage coating?
