    Sorry to say but you may end up being disapointed in the sealer. I used the same in my garage and its good to park on and clean.But it doesnt hold up to gas, oil products.     I have the reverb 2 stage unit in my garage. 30x40 10' walls and with a 50,000-75,000 unit.30' long unit. I love mine. In fact my brother in law liked it so much he bought one also. Mine was around $1100-1200 range. Chris
