A roofing contractor is installing a metal roof on my rental house and 30 X 36 garage. It seem to me they are overtightening the screws which has dented the metal. Not only is it not pleasing to the eye to see all the dents but I am afraid it could lead to problems in the future. Should I raise...
What you think about this plan of attack for the Garage 2" Pressure pipe head and Sewer Basin installation tied into the house 4" PVC. The picture is not to scale, just a rough power Point Slide.
After having the inspector come out for the shower pan today I asked the question and he stated that I would need 2" Pressure pipe running from the sewage basin at the garage to the house. Being that I have to use 2" pressure pipe I will be able to get a good slope bed to assist with sewage flow...

Because of the slope of my yard to have gravity flow of sewage not possible since the pipe is coming above ground roughly 4-6 inches after the first 50 ft, I decided to add a sewer pump.
Looking for a complete sewer pump system that I can install "Outside the detached garage" with the...
I found a new shower pan on Craiglist for $60. My drain is located 6 1/2 in from shower head front wall and 19" from inside wall to center of the drain. What would be the best way to install this shower pan. I can reroute the drain with a 90* bend and slope to the drain. Is it ok just to set...

This is the easiest route. Coming from the crawl space would be painbful. My current plan of action is the most direct path. I would explore the option of the 6x6x6.
1. If I continue the splice with more 6/3 UF when going into the attic can it be loose like NM and staple to the rafters or do it have to be in conduit to the main panel?
2. If I used THWN can I run it in conduit to the top of gable thru an LB and loose to the main panel?
Thanks
I have 50FT of gray 6/3 UF from the detached garage subpanel going approx 18" underground into 1 1/2" conduit to the back of my house which is brick with crawl space. The easiest way to the main panel is to bring the cable into the attic and feed it down into the wall into the main panel. My 6/3...
I have them same lights and need assistance on the best way to get them mounted. I plan to rough them in within the next week or so. I have 10 ft ceiling and no shetrock installed yet. Just finished all the building. Can you explain how you mounted them in the ceiling? Picture of the method...
Here is a photo of my 30 X 36 garage bathroom layout. What, if anything would you recommend or change about the way I plan on plumbing this bathroom. It will have an electric 40gl water heater, shower, toliet vanity and wash station.
Thanks
