Yep. Second one is a grease needle. Use them at work for greasing u joints that the tip of the grease gun won't fit on.

Used the otc kit professionally and on a regular basis for a few years and it has worked beautifully. Just keep it lubed up.

For being a narrower stacked box they do have plenty of room.
