I suppose it may vary, but the new Lowes 10% moving coupons are not actual coupons anymore, you get a code then go to their website and print a unique coupon. The issue is that HD will not price match something you print at home anymore so you are probably better off with a Harbor Freight coupon.

That is what I knew as well, the standard pry bars were made by Wilde Tool and the professional pry bars made by Mayhew, all made in USA until I saw a chinese set. Anyway this is a good deal, if they aren't USA made you can always return.

I have also seen this "Hecho en China" so this is a coin toss...
