Work on the 74 x 30 5-bay garage has begun!!!!

Gregg, I love your garage, and I love those Chevelles. A buddy of mine from High School ('79), had a Black/Red, 396 SS...I loved that car! Anyway, would it be possible to get some shots of the outside of your building with no snow? Hope it's not too late in the year to be asking. Thanks!

    Let's see your toolbox.

MAN!! I am blown away by some of these toolboxes and their contents... I suppose it's taken some time...or maybe not...to gather all these tools together. I'm still workin' on mine. Gettin' there.

    Hello from Wichita, Kansas!

Hey Everyone! New guy here from Wichita, KS. Built my 24x40 garage/studio about 3.5 years ago with the help of my wife and a couple of friends. Garage space is 28x24, and the studio space is 12x24. The studio is in the process of being turned into a bike garage/man-cave. I may start a...

    30x40 Garage/Shop

Wow, P-dude. Awesome build. Very inspiring, indeed! You are one fortunate man to have a wife that's on board with your project, (mine was and is for most of mine as well), and to have the resources to create a truly great workspace! Congratulations! You're almost done!!!

    Dedicated ckt for garage door?

+1, especially if your opener doesn't have an "away" switch on the wall panel. Wire it up separate...you'll be glad you did.

    Computer in cold garage?

If your pc has a standby mode, that would be okay. However, if the slow response on your lcd monitor is an issue for you, set the screen saver to a short time like 5-10 minutes, and let it run.

Liftmaster 3800 on Wayne Dalton Torquemaster?

No, no hi-lift. I've just been hearing awful things about the iDrive, and don't want to get stuck with a lemon. I wonder if a person could make an adapter that fits over the hex-shaped end of the TMS shaft with a straight piece of steel rod welded to the other end for the LM coupler to fit...

Liftmaster 3800 on Wayne Dalton Torquemaster?

Well, ****! That's not what I wanted to hear. Is there any modifications that can be made to make it work, short of changing to a standard torsion spring setup?

    TorqueMaster Spring with LM3800

I am needing to know if the LM3800 GDO will work on a Wayne-Dalton TorqueMaster Spring setup? I really like the reviews of the LM3800, but I read somewhere that the torsion rod sticking out of the TMS won't fit the coupler on the LM3800. Please help! Thanks!

Liftmaster 3800 on Wayne Dalton Torquemaster?

Okay, I am about to install an 8' x 7' Wayne-Dalton GD on my garage. I was planning on using the LM3800 for my opener. And, so far I haven't heard whether or not this opener will work with the TorqueMaster setup on the W-D doors. Can anyone elaborate? Please.

Race Deck or Epoxy ??? I cant decide???

I'm going with the Race Deck for my Harley garage. 12x14, dedicated space in my 24x40 detached garage. I'm actually just beginning the project. Gettin' pretty excited about getting our bikes out of the main garage area and into a climate controlled bay of their own.
