What should I offer on this KR1000

I'm hoping I can unload the side cab and tools for around $50-100 so that puts the roller purchase at $600-650.

What should I offer on this KR1000

Deal struck at $700. Heading to get it hopefully tonight. Will post pictures. That bottom drawer bums me out but nothing that I can't repair when I get around to it.

What should I offer on this KR1000

Ok. Good to know. The drive isn't a huge deal breaker for me, granted every deal is better if it's in your backyard. The K2500 with the 454 sure doesn't make runs like this any cheaper :bounce:

Most commonly used impact socket sizes?

Not sure what your budget is but SK Tool makes nice stuff at really reasonable prices. US made, good warranty (which I'll admit I have not tested).

What should I offer on this KR1000

In discussions with the owner, I'd have to drive about 1.5 hours one way to get it. He's had it since 2010 and says it works fine, he's lubed the slides and the locks work. Supposedly selling because he's bringing his box from work home. What you see is included (matco side cab and single...

    Painting/Staining Barn

That's a good point. I'll have to keep that in mind once we are getting closer to the job.

    Painting/Staining Barn

When we do our barn next year we were just going to do Menards "Barn Red" paint. https://www.menards.com/main/paint/exterior-paint-stain/barn-paint/american-heartland-flat-classic-red-latex-barn-fence-paint-5-gal/p-1444447942794-c-8006.htm?tid=1725174661297643658&ipos=1 I haven't done a ton of...

    2017 Epstein's Day?

How long does it typically take for orders to be sent out? I'm in no rush, but I'm in WI and noticed someone in Hawaii already received theirs. Greg

    Which Stihl trimmer to buy

I have the 90R. I like it, although I don't use it excessively or really "push" it to the limit all that often. I'm pretty happy with what I got for what I paid. In my opinion you can't go wrong with any Stihl product.

    Size question

So that's the whole structure materials cost (doors, framing, siding, roofing), minus the concrete?

    Sump pump selection

I'm going with the M53 (1/3 hp). My total dynamic head calc led me to 7.8 ft. The 1/3 hp pump can do 30 GPM at that head. We'll see if my calculations are right. I should be able to do a test run.

    Sump pump selection

****, I calculated the friction head wrong. I've got 5.5' of vertical lift, 60' of piping total, five 90 degree bends and 1 check valve. All 1-1/2" PVC. I think my dynamic head is more like 8 ft (5.5 ft of static + ~2-3ft friction). So maybe the 1/3 HP would work? I'm not trying to "cheap"...

    Sump pump selection

I need to replace the sump pump in my basement. Our sump is about 18" in diameter and 28" deep. For the sump piping, the lift is about 5.5'. The total run (including the vertical lift) is about 60' total, all 1-1/2" pipe, with one check valve and five 90 degree bends. Our soil here is black...

Pulling old posts from ground video info

I had to remove probably 10-15 posts when we moved onto our farm (we weren't doing any farming or livestock). I drilled a hole at the base of the post, then pushed a big bolt through and used my floor jack (with a 2x4 to support front wheels). This worked great for me. Sometimes you had to...

    SK Tool and Prices

That's a good deal, thanks for the heads up. I actually completed an order through eBay and I'm going to try and cancel it since it was nearly $50 more than Tooldiscounter. We'll see. Tool shopping is fun :willy_nil I was always working with a minimal set of tools (my dad didn't like...

    SK Tool and Prices

Ok that makes sense (not undercutting the distributor). Thanks for the information. I'm starting to build my tool collection and of the few things I'm buying new (when I need it "now") I'm going SK. The quality seems great for the hobbyist. Thanks!

    SK Tool and Prices

Hopefully I didn't miss this elsewhere on the forum. I'm looking at getting SK's X-frame ratcheting wrench sets (both metric and fractional). I'm looking at prices on the web and I'm curious how they can be so different at times. How is it that on SK's website they are asking $400 for this set...
