    metal frame windows

I would take them in any shape as long as they are complete. The glass can be replaced, as well as the frames can be recondtioned. As I get older, I need more light to see. I haved worked in shops that had these type windows and enjoyed the amount of light that come through.

    1980 Datsun Flatbed Project

Great fab and welds! Nothing like a good flat bed to pick up small items! Easy to load up and strap 'em down and GO! I built a bed like this for a 1985 Toyota I had a few years back. I had a bigger truck back then, but found myself using the "flat bed" more often because of the gas mileage and...

Hung some cabinets over my workbench

Good job Steevo! I really like your shop layout! That corner bench idea is a great design. I wish I could make my shop as clean as yours with less clutter. I work daily out of mine, and there seems to be no time to "clean and organize it" Do you plan to restore cars in your shop, or just...

    What is this Simplex tool?

Simplex, was a manufacturing company who specialized in heavy duty jacks and tools for the industrial world. They made railroad jacks for the railroad industry. My grandfather left me two very heavy duty jacks, that would lift a house off of it's foundation. He also had one of those tools that...
