Building too small -- seems you always wish it was 3' wider and 6' longer!

Here's how my installation turned out yesterday. Installed one 8'x18' and one 8'x9' with commercial LM openers. Follow pitch of the roof and gives me enough clearance for lift(s). Third door is 7'x7' on side with regular opener mounted so it leaves the overall ceiling height unobstructed.

FWIW, I'm doing mine the same as the floor but it's only about 8"

A couple months ago, a builder in PA quoted me a general range of $40-45/sf stick framed, with standard finishes but not including any paving. Just another data point for you.
