Sears has the welded units on sale from time to time. Bought 4 welded 30" wall cabs on sale for $99 each. I think they weigh about 30-40 lbs each IIRC. I didn't buy any of the wall track as I just used 4 lag bolts with doubled up fender washers and attached to the studs.

Impact drivers is night and day difference than a drill. If all you have is a drill, try some impact driver bits. Last way longer than regular drive bits. Also if the bit keeps skipping in the screw head, swap the bit. Even though the bit is harder than the screw, it still wears the bit down...

The foam strips with cut outs I got from Sears, you get 4 sticks about 2' in length, I use them for screwdriver storage. Works pretty good, slides around a bit as I didn't use the sticky tape on the bottom to secure it to the drawer...

Pull the tape back over itself. Like touching non sticky side to non sticky side. I used the same exact approach, only I pulled the tape after I finished painting, so the paint was still damp.
