Epoxy paint problem - need help!!

Yeah, as stated, I would hit it with a sander and go at it again. I know with the gray epoxy, you can paint right over the chips, though I am not certain, I imagine you could do the same with the tan.

Black and Decker 18v cordless drill set

George, That is pretty much the same experience I have been having with my Dewalt cordless tools; though, I am not even getting two years use out of the batteries really. It is frustrating to keep opening up the old tired wallet every year to year and a half. I think I am going to keep 1...

Black and Decker 18v cordless drill set

I have found cordless tools to be fickle, and a hit or miss affair for me. While I have good luck with most all Dewalt products, I have had nothing but misery out of their cordless drills. The best cordless drill I have is an old 16.8V Craftsman that I bought some years ago. I am not sure...

    My humble home.

HHOLMBERG, MXtras, Crime was a factor in my recent decision to move to Montana. I was fed up with the urbanization of my old home town in NC, so I left. Here in MT, there is very little crime, especially in the area I live in. Hell, a lot of people here still leave their houses unlocked.

    Rustoleum Epoxyshield "Industrial" Floor Coating

Most any tool rental store should have them. It is a standard floor buffer (the kind you can use the cloth polishing pads on), but they have a variety of sanding discs that fit them as well. I like the #60 grit for roughing up the first coat of epoxy.

Has anyone used this Epoxy Coat Brand?

Hi Brian, You are right, I have not been through my first winter here in Montana. This old North Carolina boy is in for some winter shock. :willy_nil They tell me they do not use salt on the roads here, instead they use pebbles. As for slipperiness, yes the floor is vey slippery when wet...

    Rustoleum Epoxyshield "Industrial" Floor Coating

I have used the same stuff on two different oiccaisions with very good results. However, I have found that a second coat goes a long way in making the floor look great. Rustoleum says if the floor is recoated within 36 hours, you do not need to sand. I sanded with a buffer machine and...

Has anyone used this Epoxy Coat Brand?

Thanks, Luke. I wish it were a little wider and had higher ceilings, but the builder done a good job with it otherwise. It is 24X50 with a finished attic upstairs. That brown door leads to a work/project room and bathroom. I have to hook up the tv, then serve my wife with my "movin' out"...

    Lets see your workbench

Yeah the bottom shelf is not as sturdy as the rest of the table. I am not sure what happened, but the bottom shelf has a cut in it that weakened it and I guess over time it has sagged from use.
