    lift choice logic?

I think that there is probably an engineering reason for why post height must be increased to accommodate a taller max lifting height...which is probably why the ETL certified lifts have 100" posts and the non-certified doesn't. If I were you, I would just determine which I want to deal with...

    Garages with a WOW factor

Yeah, gotta say these look like car show rooms, not garages. Garage for me has a significantly different definition--it isn't just "where the cars are." When a car's parked on a street...doesn't become a garage. When your neighbor drunkenly rams his corvette into his ex-wife's living room...

What do you think about back yard buddy lifts

How can you get a "deal" going factory-direct and still have it be "more expensive"?? :wtf: And which competitor lifts do they compare to? Are we talking like a low-level DirectLift straight off the boat from China or like a BendPak or Mohawk? Be wary of advertising...it's all about how you...

    Computer in cold garage?

I would say you are best off just logging off and turning off the monitor--if you don't mind sucking the electricity while your not around. Keep the fans turning and the hardware cooking and any temperature changes ought to be gradual enough with enough air flowing through that condensation...

    Rotary Screw Air Compressors

:headscrat Uhh...well, if I was rolling in dough and could afford absolutely anything I might consider a rotary screw compressor. But for normal home-garage type applications, you're probably better off with one of their Trimaxes instead...

would you buy certified or uncertified lift?

I feel better about a certified lift. Does that mean a lift will never, ever fail? Course not. It does mean that some sort of minimum standard was set and met. And it means that more eyes than just the manufacturer's and distributor's has been on the design. That's it. On the other hand, if the...
