mkdive - I've ordered only once from sears.com and (thankfully) had no problems. I even got my CC discount even though I have yet to receive my card (which I ordered almost a year ago). I can say though that my local Sears store and all tool sales associates there (with the exception of one)...

I have those - I think I got them for $25 with a coupon. I have to admit though that I haven't had a chance to use them yet. They sure do look pretty though in my tool chest.

I have 2 of the complete sets. On sale, I got the platinum/black top 6 drawer BB, intermediate 1 drawer BB with take-away tool box, and lower 4 drawer BB bottom for $299.99. If you wait a little you may find a better deal like I did.
