Do you sell power back to your power company by feeding back through your grid? I have heard that some people do this. Just curious?

Alpaca's. Like I posted before. I get to see these animals and look at a very nice 5 clean acres of land and don't have to pay any taxes, food for the Alpaca's or maintaining it. Its nice to have neighbors that do this.:)

want to build a pole barn/garage

Heres my Pole barn. Sides are 16'-6" and the trusses are scissor trusses. This gives way more headroom. How about 30ft to the peak!!! Technically I could do 3 floors but I am happy with just two. I love a mezzanine. Here's a video. The outside looks just like an old barn. Red with white trim.

    4 Post Lift Question

I bought an Eagle 4 post that uses 2 6" I beams welded to 1/4" diamond plate for the width of the two I beams. So total is 4 I beams. for two rails. these are very heavy duty . The 4 posts seem plenty stout also. These are the same type muffler and trans shops have with heavy chain for the...

    insulating a metal building

Im at this stage right now. Looking at this stuff seems like a good deal. My concern is that the metal is up and then screwed to horizontal 2X 8s and then nailed to the face of 6X8s so I would need to cut it in between the 6X8s and staple it to the insde face of the 2X8s So there would be metal...
