    Thinking about a business

    Go for it. Most military bases have a auto hobby shop you can model it after. Quantico has a huge one with two oil change only drive up ramps. 5.00 per hour for any lift/bay in the place and two ASE mechanics with a complete tool room and machine shop. BTW East coast Cianci here.

    Nest thermostat?

    What are your thoughts? I am looking at geeting one but I am being told by NEST that they do not support a Carrier Heat pump? I cant figure out why? A heat pump is a HP right? Any body know a work around? BTW i am not purschasing it. Rebate deal from the Electric company !!!!

    I did mine with scrap 2x4's when I hung my wall cabinets. also put a spacer on the bottom and I have a perfect wireway for speakers/antenna's behind the cabinet.

    What is this Huge Magnet for?

    It's a Docking plate for a hatch cover off a NUKE sub. Magnet is very powerful and usually takes several to remove from the deck. Used to hold SDV chambers on deck.
