You guessed it 8/12, I have 2 sky lights on the other side of the roof facing east that lets in a good amount of light.

Mine is 22' by 31' with 8' ceilings. I thought 75000 btu might be too much. Does your heater cycle often for short times?

What size is your garage? I am planning on getting a 45,000 btu and wonder if it might be too small.
