Help with old roller cabinet ID please - !

My 2 cents would entail a vote for Waterloo. Nothing stamped on the bottom plate near the right caster?

    Lust for Lista

My first Lista. I had to post here, even though it's like a portable tool box in comparison to what most have. http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showpost.php?p=4147769&postcount=4687

    2014 Garage sale thread!

So, technically a craigslist find, but who wants to be technical. It's my first Lista. Absolutely awesome. Built like a tank; the drawers must weigh 20 pounds empty. It was also made in Massachusetts. I'm guessing sometime in the 80's, as it had a Garbage Pail Kids sticker on one of the...

Found a deal on craigslist? - List Here!

Re: $25 small Lista Bedford, NH Got it. It's quite unreal for the $20 I paid.

    Vidmar Auction

So, normally I would tried to bid without bringing any attention to the bid, for obvious reasons. However, these things are far too AWESOME to not show off. And besides, the bidding has gone, or will be, far beyond my willingness to pay. Granted they will sell for a fraction of their true cost...

Did I buy a real Record Vise or a cheap new China import?

I don't know, they misspelled Sheffield. It has Chinese written all over it.

Can anyone identify this Craftsman box?

It certainly looks very similar to my recent Waterloo purchase. I'd be willing to bet Waterloo, early 80's. You should find a Date Stamp on the bottom right front panel, near the caster.

    2014 Garage sale thread!

The Steelcase has two problems, someone drilled out the lock, and did a terrible job of removing it, and then they proceeded to paint the cabinet with a brush. So, it's not without needing a little work, but functionally the drawers are awesome, and I really like the Art-Deco hardware...

Yeah. The drawers make them perfect for sitting on your workbench. And on this one the wood grain vinyl isn't peeling at all.

    2014 Garage sale thread!

We had rain today so I only hit one estate sale. I came across this Craftsman box with a few items in it for $15. I was actually excited about the brass water nozzle, as my cheap plastic one just cracked a few days ago. The brass ones last forever, and costs $10 or so new. Then later in...

Finally scored a card file cabinet on CL!

I got one today for free on Craigslist. It needs a good cleaning, or rather a new paint job, and possibly a new lock, but other than that, it's in great shape. All the drawers are smooth as butter, and they slide back into place once it gets close enough to the cabinet. Also, I really like the...

    Proud of my nephew

Forget the HF box! Buy something used off of craigslist for $50-100. You'd be surprised on what can be found. Then hit up the estate sales, yard sales, and flea markets for tools. As mentioned, you'll find USA made quality tools for pennies on the dollar. Or even wait for sales on quality USA...

    Help Identify S-K sockets

So, I want to bring this thread back to life. Recently, at an estate sale, I came across a few unopened NOS SK items in a style of which I was not familiar with. I, too, had for some time thought that the SK dot was a FACOM product. However, my recent acquisition will negate that thinking...

    2014 Garage sale thread!

Roughly 18"d x 10"w x 6"h. There was a second one, but the frame was damaged, crooked, and drawers didn't sit in well. Looking back, I should of just bought that one too, as I probably could've fixed it.
