And the more I think about it, since its dirt in there now your probably not going to find any drains in there, make sure the dirt portion drains away from the house before you add the rock and I see 2 covers now. Have you had water issues before?

Id probably rent a concrete saw, cut from your step back towards the edge of the building, getting rid of that broken concrete, break out where you cut, dig down in the "pit" hopefully you find some drains and tie into them, if not dig out more of all the dirt then install retaining wall...

Zinser block paint which is tintable is an option, however you will still see the mortar lines, Ive stuccoed blocks before then painted so you could not see the lines. Good luck

Id probably call a local concrete plant, they have little trailers you can pick up with up to 3 yards of concrete, give them your measurements and theyll give you the amount you need. Youll need a minimum of 4in. thick. Goodluck METALMOVER

Theres 4-4 drawer filing cabinets, 2-2 drawer, 3 big 4 drawer where the drawers are like 48in. wide by 18in. tall, 2 big armoir type with swing open doors, all in black. Could have more if I wanted cream color also.
