Coolguy, I ran into the same issue and couldnt find the same wire in town, I went to a electrical repair store, where they rebuilt starters, alternators, electric motors etc.. they ended up doing the wiring all for like $60 bucks if I remember. Hope that helps. MM

Id use hydraulic cement, its made pretty much for that application, also the reason that patch is there is the previous owner was going to run all his wires in there and then cover it(LOL) If your not an electrician Id call one and just get it checked out. Good luck

Id fill em, paint your ceiling first and if you need to mark a spot where the stud is on the ceiling and floor before you paint the walls, then paint the walls, after the paints dry, snap a chalkline on your dried paint so you know where the stud is, or use a stud finder or drywall anchors...

Are you on city water if not a filter system, decide on what lighting fixtures you want and placement, I wished I had more outside lights,outside plug ins and hydrants, as far as not hearing any water, water closets and good soundproof insulation. Good luck. METALMOVER

It will be big enough if your architect is any good, do they consider pergulas covered roof? Or maybe sun sails and incorporate those with the pool house portion.

I doubt if theres code for a detatched garage, theres not in my county and I just got done building it, they did require me however to have all my electrical covered before I passed inspection, wasnt planning on that. Are you sheating the top side of the rafters so you have attic storage?
