So does this mean that the company might allow me to trade in this one for credit towards another bottle?

I'm going to pick up a CO2 bottle from a buddy for $50. I already have a Powertank which holds CO2 and could use a spare but would rather have a spare bottle of mig gas or O2 or even helium. Anyone know if a welding shop will do this? This is a pic of the bottle and he said its a 20# tank.
