The more I think about it I will get someone to run a 220 outlet for it,it will probably be cheaper to do that or trade it for a smaller 110 compressor.

It has 72 1104 stamped on it,got it to work a little better by oiling it but its still not right.

Looked on ebay with the number and only one ratchet and someone trying to get 50 dollars for it.

I have a Easco 3/8 ratchet that needs new guts and wondering if parts are available,found it in a car at the junkyard and got a few years out of it before it quit working. Hate to throw a made in the US ratchet in the scrap pile and would like to fix it if possible.
