I only buy IR...love the customer service and have had great luck in all my years using them. Now with that being said, I have never owned an IR air ratchet... been using an old blue point and it finally quit. rebuild kit is more than a new ratchet and i just want a shiny new thing, you know...

OK proto is a no no then... sunex, never really used much... how is the actual warranty service? Do you know if they handle it or the retailer does?

Who makes a good one that has lifetime warranty? Snap on doesn't appear to make an impact grade one anymore.... Soo...any others out there that decent?

I have a couple of the 3/4" craftsman ratchets and every single craftsman 3/4 chrome socket, i have no complaints in fact I would buy more given the chance on a good deal
