Here's one I like but have never personally used. It's rated slightly lower at 6000lbs but it's beefy, portable and open center, and gives you the option of a full height lift if even needed. I'm sure it's more than capable of 7000lbs at 41" but that's just a guess...

Here's something to think about. All 4 post hoists that I've ever used have two heavy plate steel ramps at the drive on end that are hinged and hang down when the hoist is raised. These would need to be removed every time so you could park underneath. Something like this, Apparently some are...

Nice shop! Well played sir. I hope it wasn't anything serious and that your wife is feeling better. Are you able to build a wall to separate the propane and compressor? Maybe put the propane tank vent on the opposite side of the shed as the compressor intake. Can you plumb the compressor intake...

For your floor you mentioned laying down foam insulation then vapor barrier then stapling down the pex. Would tuck taping the insulation seams be more efficient than laying down vapor barrier?

Looks like some great progress. Good call on insulating those walls, might as well do all four especially if you're planning radiant in floor heat. Crazy! Those must of been bad pours or possibly back filled before cured, I see no difference between filling the inside of this foundation and...

For the past month or so my trusty compressor has started to slow down and then speed up a touch before reaching shut off pressure. The compressor head and motor are not hot to the touch, oil level is fine. Could the cut off switch be failing? Sounds like the supply voltage is dropping below...

When doing precise curved or patterned cuts in thin material I prefer the variable speed easy control of my 3" air vs. my 5" electric, when cutting heavier material I'll opt for my 5" electric.
