i have got 2 of these snap-off chargers both bit the bullet -one had a loose wire in back - one still dont charge a full load -i think ? the other does nothing ! bad rectifier ? cant seem to find anybody around here that will repair ??? any electric gurus out there that can walk me thru a repair...
