Anyone willing to share their square foot cost? Trying to figure what I would be able to build. I'm looking for a garage with a second floor for a wood shop. I would like to be some where between 20 and 30K. Appreciate your feedback. Thanks

I live in MA and don't need much finishing. The only thing is I would like a second floor to carry a small wood shop.

Is there a general rule or cost per square foot for constructing a garage? What could the average be? I know this is a tough question, just trying to figure out what I could build and what it might cost. Thanks for you patience..
