I got my first proposal for the survey, it came in at $2400. This included boundary markers and professional drawings for submittal to the town. Waiting on two others, what are your thoughts?

I need to get my proper surveyed. It is a simple square, just need to have markers located and lines shot. Anyone have experience hiring these services?
