Router arrived. Shipped in retail box with no padding around it. Box beat to **** with a chunk of metal sticking out the side. Can hear a bunch of loose bits when you shake it. No idea if any parts fell out.

Hard to sell a locking tool chest w/o keys. Makes it useless for a shop or anything but the most secure home.

Ordered a bunch of stuff for pick up .Just got 2 text messages that they're ready for pickup AT THE WRONG STORE. How hard is it to get that right? edit: Just rechecked. All one large order. 2 items listed as ready to pickup at wrong store, the rest at the correct store.

I know you wait until it ships to get and use the new points. My problem is instead of "You have earned $25 in points" after I checked out it said "You have earned $2 in points". I'm guessing that I won't be getting $25 in points after it ships.

They're still running the "get half back in points" special on Craftsman & Dewalt batteries. Should the points show up in the Shopping Cart when it shows how many points I get for a purchase? Does that special conflict with using Suprise Points? Cause it doesn't show all the points I should be...
