I see many threads on hex key recommendations but don't see comments on Klein. I know that Klein is popular with electricians but maybe don't make it into automotive tool stores. I like that they are domestic to the USA. Has anyone had experience with their hex keys?

Was looking at those. Have you used it enough to know how long the battery might last? Would certainly be nice to use a lightweight for a change.

Our Sears openers are 27 years old and hanging in there.

It would be nice to have a 4' or 5' space past the last garage door to store motorbikes, tractor, etc or even a work bench. We have only 3' and the equipment fits but there's no getting out of the vehicles or walking by very well.

If you had any idea how much liability exposure is generated for an Engineer by offering design solutions, free or not, in these situations, you'd understand why it won't happen. You don't get something for nothing except the possibility of being involved in a law suit.

I might add to try compact florescent. I believe that the 60 watt equivalents draw about 13 watts. You'd be surprised how much heat they generate.
