    Good job. I would take the motor apart and clean the brushes. I have had good luck with a very fine emery cloth and clean the actuator.

    My local Snap-on truck broke down in front of the house yesterday. I looked and told the driver I can fix it for $50,00 a week for two years but he didn't find that funny. lol.
