    Can we get a pic of where the tube coming out the top goes it will give me a better idea of what it dose if it just goes to the intake filter it will just be a crank case vent if it goes els ware it may be something else. My first guess would be a valve unloader.

    Yea 6hp will be fine make sure you match your RPM's between the pump and motor by changing the pulley size on the motor.

    I wish it were that easy i cant seem to find one big enough i think i found my solution i got a good deal on a 3ph coil motor starter and i can use only two of the starter legs then a 110 leg for the pressure switch to activate the coil of the stater.
