    Home Depot Clearance Thread 2016

Was wondering around looking for a pressure washer that I really need for myself and stumbled on these in the rafters. I found a computer for customer use in front of the store, looked up the item number and "nothing found" [/IMG] How do I finagle getting a forklift guy to get them down...

    Pressure washer advice

I did not find any recent posts about pressure washers. Since losing my hobby shop means losing access to a karcher hot water pressure washer I am looking for a replacement. I know I am not going to get a hot water unit. What I would like is something in the 2000 psi range (or more) and...

    Garage Radio Ideas

I have an almost unlimited supply of used car radios, So when I find one I like with blue tooth and MP3, amplifier, boom box etc. I hook it up to a 12V battery with a trickle charger, run a external antenna. This set up works for me in our metal building. I hate static and bad reception.

bag sealer heat strip repair with PTFE Teflon Glass Cloth Tape

Can you increase the width of the sealing strip that way? I have an impulse sealer and have seen some have like a 1/4 inch wide seal... That would be a cool upgrade.

    Fire Extinguisher Info

Wow great post, wish I had seen it sooner. I never thought about having them serviced. I always thought that it would be too expensive to have one brought up to date. I have to go check at the shop to see if they got scrapped out and check out the brands.

Found this little Rigid Pipe Wrench

It is 48 inch, actually it looks like 47 because someone did a little grinding at the end of the handle. The jaws have very little wear on them. Its gonna get a electrolysis bast and repainted when the weather gets better.

    Scrap Steel Prices Down!

I am just stocking up on scrap. Shipped out 100 tons last month because I had no more room at work and 10 Toms at my hobby shop. Prices are up about 15 percent in the Midwest for January. Prices will be under 100 a ton for a while. The scrap yards are also getting very picky on the grades...

    Pizza oven

Not sure where you are located but if you are near a metro area check commercial restaurant equipment re-seller or repair place. Regular pizza ovens have replaceable stones if one cracks they are replaced and the old ones thrown away. I have also seen ovens that are too costly to repair get...

X2 Don't know how much "router" work you are looking at or tolerances, but I would lean towards a used mill.

    Critique my Boiler Heater Board.

Looks good to me. I would swap the black pipe for copper for the cost. Black pipe today is a lot thinner than it use to be. 3/4 copper is not that bad and you do not have any risk of rust. Also make sure you pipe dope all the threads good, I have an expansion tank that developed a drip...
