    Professional use ratcheting wrenches

I have the new snap on set that is working very well for me. I work in a wash down environment, and have no issues with it leaking for seizing up. I actually had a gear tech ratcheting wrench that I have used for years in the same environment too. So the harbor freight hasn't let me down, I...

snap on has always treated me right. I have had them send me giant slim wrenches on accident, and I offered to send them back and they just told me to keep it.

    Gonz's 2-car garage

I too have a small two car garage, but I also have a wife that has to have decorations for all holidays... What worked really well for me is building shelves to store things above the garage door. Looks like you would have a little bit more storage if you did so above your door

    SO soft grip R&R

Soak the handles in boiling water. It will soften it up enough to where you can remove and reinstall easier. Also, when I did mine I used a big washer with a cut on one side so that I could slide it onto the shank, and then a wrench butted up to it and a dead blow hammer. It's a pretty easy job

Starting a tool box for my boy

Oh man it is a blast to do. Good way to spend time with him too. I am starting the exact same thing with my 13 year old son. I have a craftsman top and bottom box that I am starting to fill up for him. Garage sales have been amazing, and now the question is what to do with the duplicates

    building my own tool box

That is a very nice looking start you have on this project. I wish I had the skills and shop available to do this myself, because I love the fully custom aspect of this

Well that just a poopy situation. I hope he didn't ruin it for everyone else! I think what you are doing is a great idea here Richard. I also have some tools that I would like to give away, but can't post in the classifieds yet.

What was the first tool you....

Oh man I remember that day! I picked up a set of picks and a bluepoint dmm off the truck. I was 18 and just started working as a car audio installer at bestbuy. Sometimes I wonder if things would be different if I didn't take that job.
