OP-so you were able to get a replacement maild to you w/o having to send in your broken part 1st? Am sure the pic of the broken part help, but still that is awsome customer service!

i see. am sure they still have that "high quality" feel to them if you will. not sure how to discribe it. I remember when I bought my first snappy and the feel to was nice. I mean, I know they are just tools, but it just felt nice ya know?

You could always make your own. buy an open stock screwdriver and pull the handle off of it and the drill out the handle big enough to fit whatever lenght of "1/4" driver you want. Grab an extention and cut to lenght. Pound it in the handle and boom, you got the 1/4" driver you always wanted...

craftsman raised panel ratchet is made is usa, and snappys dual 80 is not. buy the rasied panel!! lol lets see where this goes.

i like to use them when install car stereo's and have things like shifters in my way. I like real stubbys tho, the ones with short handles and shafts. No ones with a regular size handle and a slightly shorter shaft. (think c-man pro).

You know I never thought of it like that b/c I never had that much to spend. I was just glad I didn/t have to spend money on shipping with my small order. but yeah if your buying more expensive stuff that would be werid.

what's funny is that I wouldn't mind buying just the instinct handles instead of the hard handle, but snap on don't sell them individualy (sp)
