    New workbench

Looks like a great set up you got. I would go pegboard and cabinets and then put some LED lights under the cabinets.

I salvaged this old piece of red oak from the fire wood pile. Made these little candle holders out of it today. Nice little morning project. The candle holders are for the people who worked in my classroom with me this past school year.

For the bottom I used 1/4" sanded plywood from Lowe's. I bought a 1/4 sheet. For the rest of it I used 1/4x3 poplar from Lowe's. It was the right size for the depth of my drawer. I used simple **** joints with tight bond wood glue (blue label) for this project. I nailed it together with 23ga...

The office turned out great. My wife and I both work in mental health care. Everything is confidential so I can't post pictures of the office in use.

I got a couple of projects done this week. I made a pantry organizer for the back of the pantry door. I've been wanting to make one for 3 years. I'm thinking about making one fort the shop door. I also made this silverware drawer organizer. Something like this would also be good in toolbox...

Well clean and organized didn't last very long. This was yesterday after working on a few projects. Did get my son's mini bike going yesterday. That was the best thing I've done all week in there.

I looked at some made from pvc, but didn't have any extra pvc so went with wood. I could have used 4 more 4" clamps. The pieces were to small for bigger clamps.

    ARFLY's micro shop

It rained almost the entire day here so I messed around in the shop. I got the idea to do something with the zip ties in the bottom of a toolbox drawer. Always a mess and I could never find what I needed when I needed it. I did some research and came up with something that would work. First...

Thanks T-handle. USPS dropped off some goodies today. First is this Craftsman precision tool set. 12 screwdrivers and 5 long pliers. Pliers are marked China, screwdrivers aren't marked with coo. I've never seen this set before. Anyone know anything about it? Also got this 20pc Driver Light...

I picked up this little Craftsman vis off of EBay a while back. I've been working on it the last few nights cleaning off decades worth of rust and tarnish. It looks to be the original paint. The red paint on the Craftsman may not be. I was going to redo the red, but don't think my hands are...

    C-clamp storage?

This is what I built to store my c clamps. Simple, takes up little space and works well.

I've thought about doing that also. I think it might be easier to make from wood.

I'm playing with wrench organization now. I've tried several wrench rails and haven't found one I really liked so I'm making some. I bought $7 worth of HF foam floor mats and started cutting with a razor blade. Super cheap and seams to work well. The wrenches are now standing up which saves a...
