Not gonna lie........I'm not a big fan of the Craftsman channels. Seems like most everyone in the trades uses the Channellock brand. I have had people give me their Channels at work when the slip groove gets clogged up with pipe dope and stuff.......run a wire brush through grooves and they work...

I don't know the origins but when I was going through the apprenticeship process back in the 90s, every time I did a side job I would buy myself a major tool that I could put to good use for that particular job.

In the past I have typically carried my tools around in a 5 gallon bucket but a recent job change had me looking for a roller and a stacker for my tools at work. I spend a lot of time at garage sales, estate sales and flea markets anyway so it was just a matter of time before I found something...

My first run here at GJ.....a Wilson Filer that I picked up on the final day of a 3 day estate sale for $2. Still have to hit some of the tight spots I couldn't reach on the bench grinder.
