    The Fear of Ball Hex

I have non-ball hex keys and sockets and ball end sockets. But some screwdriver would be good too. Need to get to a NAPA and see if I like the handles. Love Wera 300 series handles but would have to cut the ball ends to get non-ball end in SAE. Hmmmmmm, Seth

    Tekton CS and Warranty

Tekton gets an A+ ++. I had purchased the new angle wrenches in metric. When I got them a couple had some missing chrome spots. Contacted Tekton. No problem, send them in , we will replace them. Follow up email from them ............ due to being a new product and first run it will be a few...

    The Fear of Ball Hex

I have always looked at the ball end as a special tool to use when you need it for access. Not the hex to use all the time. Seth

Husky 56 (23 drawer) vs Tool Vault 56 vs Tool Vault

I agree with this. I have the 56" matte black Husky. I liked it for the price and drawer layout. I almost went with the an HF but I didn't like the drawer layout as much. It is not going to be beat on everyday. Regardless I would not call it flimsy. It may not be built to the strength of an...

    Hex drivers.

I see they are available in SAE and Metric. Do you know who makes them for NAPA? What is the handle surface like ..... hard, soft , in between? Seth

    Let's see your toolbox.

There is a shallower (20" ?) and a deeper version (22" ?) of the same box. The HD near me had both in the store at the same time during the transition. And there was a price difference of a couple hundred between the two. Don't know if that's the case here but maybe? Seth

Best 1/4" Bit Ratchet on Market?

I have the Wera Mini 1. Works very well. I have not used others of the same style to compare though. The thumb wheel is very useful both for turning screws and it can make it easier to get the ratchet to "click". Makes it easy to add pressure to the back of the ratchet head and still have it...

    Rant: Snap On's Website *****!

Hard to navigate for sure. Sometimes things are not in the category I think they should be in. Sometimes the SO name is not the most common name, etc. I hate it when the back button goes back more than one page (have to remember to click on the page trail). Often I just use google to search...
