More info...it was a "back up" compressor for since 1995 until 2010. It hasn't been on since, but has had the delaer do a PM on it. They replaced one valve and an unloader, changed the oil and filter.

I've been looking at used USA made Jacobs chucks like what I have, just in the larger size using a #2 taper.
