I want my pole barn sooo bad this spring! I've been wanting one for years so its going to happen no matter what. I'm still getting quotes and these builders are going lower and lower. I think they should too if steel, gas etc. costs are way down.

I'm having the same problem figuring 2 10x10's or 9x9's or 1 16x10 overhead doors. :headscrat Seems 2 door would make it stronger but 1 will have more wall space for racks and in my case motorcycles. Anyone here got some pic or comments? I want to sign a contract asap!

How high is the ceiling on the 1st floor? I think one day I may want a 1973 vette & a 4 post lift like yours. :thumbup: Also, how thick is the floor? I here with a 4 post you can get away with 4". BTW, you have the hottest Mopars i've ever seen! WOW!!!!! :bowdown:

That quote is with no floor, just the building. Was also thinking a 30x40x12 with 10x10 doors and was quoted $18,600 or so. Is it worth 5k for the bigger doors & 12' walls? I don't really work on cars anymore but have about 30 motorcycles to play with.
