Yep, currently waiting a few of the smaller Pelican cases on eBay to make my own version as well. between the Case and the Kaizen foam - you are starting at $100 without any tools. Weight also becomes a factor too with the pelican cases once you get about the 1500 protector series.

I flush mine (SRAM DOT) with some soapy water and spray down the inside with a light IPA mist then let dry before putting back into the Jagwire blow mold case they live in.

Looks great, works great as far as I can tell. I wrapped up the print at 10:30 last night and did a little indoor testing and it appears to improve the velocity at lower speeds better which was the intention. Will test more outside today with a few leaves and report back.
