I realize that I am lucky, but a shop is never big enough :-). I'm in the process of looking for a larger place (3,000-5,000 sq. ft) so I can get all my operating and project trucks under roof.

Has anyone built one or seen one. I'm thinking 40X60 or 60X80 shop with an "old style" service station facade. Pictures or concepts would be appreciated.

Sorry to hijack the post, but I have just been given a drill press very similar to the one dissected by the OP. The pot metal pully has been wallawed out (? is that a word) and just spins on the shaft. Anyone have an idea where I would find a replacement?
