I wouldn't say I collect them. I have picked up a 300 and a 308 in the last few months. The 308 I plan to use. I love fishing ultralight.

I recall Matt Cremona saying they were about twice the cost of his cheap blades but lasted quite a bit longer. But Matt never seemed to be deterred by hitting metal in the least.

Riven, Have you priced carbide tipped blades? I wonder how the cost efficiency compares?
