    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

honestly, its weak-sauce. i do a lot of automotive work (diy), and its weak even on setting 2, which should be 60ft lbs of torque. its more like 40-50on setting 2, and 20ft lbs on setting 1. and to make matters worse, you cant use it as a ratchet. the anvil is free spinning until it hits the...

    harbor freight question

the money you save by buying HF sockets, is more than enough to go to lowes and pick up the 3-5 sockets that are missing. thats exactly what i did sunday. i went to lowes and picked up like 8 or 9 impact sockets that were missing.

1 High Value Cordless Impact Wrench for all Drive Sizes

for many years i got by with the milwaukee 3/8th, and it did an amazing job. i upgraded to their high-torque 1/2 (1200 / 700 lbs ft). the 1/2 wont fit, were the 3/8th will. also the 1/2 is VERY heavy compared to the 3/8ths. roominess vs power. thats your decision.

    Picking a 1/2" Ratchet on a budget

i have been using a 72tooth husky (from home depot) for the last 7 years, and its been amazing. i do a lot of work for a home DIYer. I also have a 72tooth 1/2" from harbor freight, and its been great too. in fact they look almost identical accept for the color of the turn-selector.
