    Changing a backer pad on an air sander - Help!

    This is probably the stupidest question or the easiest fix . . .but it has me stumped. How do you take the old pad off? I think it unscrews . . .but I don't have any way to get a wrench in between the pad and plate to where the pad screws into the bolt. Is there a special tool or trick?:dunno:
