My only complaint so far on the 2763 is the way I hold it I bump the forward- reverse switch all the time, it's almost too easy to move.

The price I saw for it (CDN) was a couple hundred bucks less than the 2763-22 Milwaukee and pretty good torque rating, that being said I would still pay more for the Milwaukee, it's more powerful, has like 40 other tools that use the same batteries, the charger does 12 and 18v, and everywhere...
