    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

Ok, I finished with the cabinets. Moved everything into them. Cleaned up. I'm very pleased with the final layout. It turned out perfectly. This is probably the last major item for now until I can whip up the funds for the black RaceDeck flooring.

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

I'm planning to. I had a wild itch to paint the door to the interior with the M stripes (full coverage) and paint the door frame black or somerging but I'm not sure if that would be over the top for my theme.

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

Ok, I think I have come up with a cabinet arrangement that solves everything. With this one...let's call it Option X... I can mount the 4 upper cabs above the worktops without the electrical panel interfering. I can also mount the feet on the lowers without the worktop covering up the outlet...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

I'm leaning toward Option 2 as well. I'll probably go ahead and start moving everything back and getting it into position. The legs on the lowers raise them above my wall outlet so I'm debating on leaving them off (look better anyways) because I don't feel like trying to raise that outlet up...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

I usually keep it there in fact. I tried seeing if I could stuff everything into the alcove and alongside that wall. If I remove the big tires on the compressor and put casters under the front arm (it's already pre drilled for that) I can scoot it closer and squeeze in the tool chest on the...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

I'm trying a few configs in the alcove area today to see how that works. I may leave the feet off as I kind of like the look and flooding is probably near impossible where I'm at. But I'm also leaning towards option 2. As far as the M3s, we will be in South Carolina on Wedneaday to take...

There is something about 2 car garages and E46 M3s. Always a winning combo!

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

I got all of the cabinets unpacked and trash cleaned up (good grief there was a lot of trash). I moved everything around a bit to see what my layout options are. At this point the uppers are going to go around the two windows because the electrical panel messes that all up. What do you think...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

It is a little more earthy looking than I thought originally but I guess we will see how it looks with black racedeck. The NSX is always eager to be photographed :) I got the cabinets a few minutes ago. I'm going to start ripping into them and seeing if I can figure out my layout.

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

Hey guys, I did a little more. Pulled off the tape and put everything back. I built the 2nd of the 2 extra locker cabs I bought. Tomorrow the 12 piece cabinets come in. Also there's a photo of my irrigation control. I painted it to match so it would "disappear" into the wall a little.

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

Painted over the last 2 days. Went with Grey Tweed by Glidden. Will be going with black RaceDeck tiles soon I hope. Cabinets will be delivered Friday.

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

I poked around the internet a little and I read the same thing. They are called FVIR (Flammable Vapor Ignition Resistant) and have a sealed combustion chamber among other safety features to prevent the problems the other posters were concerned with. Again...I don't know anything about this...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

Narrowed it down to three colors and to be safe I got samples of each. It turns out my wife is more on board with the black racedeck (thus making the expense easier when the time comes) so that's the color floor I'm assuming here. The color I'm going with is the middle one. It's called Grey...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

I'm trying to narrow down the paint color today. I started with about 80 swatches of greys and "earthy" tans. My hope is to start painting today. Trying to avoid any grey with blue in them...don't want to end up with the same result as the dolphin grey floor...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to water heaters unfortunately. We had a home inspection before purchase by a guy we really trust and he made no mentions of any issues. There is a parking pole right in front of it bolted to the floor. Our old house had the water heater up on a pedestal and...

The shipping is just your normal destination fee that you have to pay anyways. In other words...you don't pay any extra for shipping. Also, BMW provides you with a full tank of gas upon delivery, several weeks of Allianz insurance to cover you driving, and tourist european plates/registration...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

That is awesome! I really enjoy Germany. Been there on 3 occasions...the longest for a month but I can only imagine living there. BMW European Delivery has a different price structure. There is an ED MSRP and ED Invoice which are both about 7% below their corresponding US market figures. For...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

:D I've had that question a lot. Honestly, I didn't care for the M4. I think the M3 looks better. My wife wanted a fast, manual, sedan with "luxury" and certain features and the M3 was a good fit and I know she'll never get tired of it. For me, the more we looked at the M3 for her the more I...

    Accel Junky's Dual Phase 3-Car Attached/Detached Build

I haven't been to one in a while. I used to go when it was over at the Avenue in east Cobb but it has slowly moved further away and I have slowly moved further away as well to the point where I think I'm probably a solid 1hr each way. Not to mention I had a bad habit of getting there midway...
